We consider ourselves brokers. Definition of broker:
1. An agent who buys or sells for a principal on a commission basis without having title to the property.
2. A person who functions as an intermediary between two or more parties in negotiating agreements, bargains, or the like.

If after reading this page in it's entirety. You have any objections as to the way we do business, please DO NOT make a purchase with us! We work very hard to have good customer relations and occasionally things just don't work out, we would prefer to lose a sale than to lose a customer.

That being said we for the most part carry no inventory, clearance items are sometimes held at our office available for purchase otherwise no. The point of origin for each product is clearly displayed on every product page.

When a customer makes a purchase with us and it is paid for. The order is classified as "pending (payment confirmed)" at that time we place the order with the manufacturer(s) specific to the order. We either have the manufacturer dropship the order right to your door, or if the delivery address is outside of North America we commission a trusted third party to ship the order to you via USPS, we place the order with the manufacturer with the third parties address and send them all the particulars pertinent to the order, name - address etc, they in turn ship the order USPS.

When the order is shipped we change the status to "order complete and dispatched" with the tracking information. If an order has been placed and is not paid for within 7 days it is automatically cancelled by our system. Should there be a problem with the order i.e an item out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with the available options as cancel order, change order, omit item and receive a refund etc.


Product Pricing: We offer the lowest retail price allowed by our manufacturers. They have in recent years issued strict guidelines for pricing, where to sell and how to sell.

Product Shipping: No manufacturer we deal with currently dropships outside of North America, in order to accommodate clients overseas it was necessary to put in place a system for shipping with a third party. USPS priority flat rate mail is the only way we ship outside of North America. Note: shipping prices are based more on product volume than product weight. You can have a purchase with three 2lb shoes, but there is certainly no way they will all fit into a single 12" x 12" x 5" box with a 5lb weight limit. Therefore your shipping fees would be 2 large flat rate boxes. There is also a $30.00 fee included in the shipping price for the third party shipper service.

Product Processing: It has been our experience that all of the manufacturers we deal with usually complete/ship our orders within 5 business days with the exception of high volume times such as Christmas and Valentines. North American customers, we would suggest you make your purchase 2 weeks prior to an event you are ordering for. Over seas customers, we would suggest you make your purchase 4 weeks prior to an event you are ordering for.

Final Thoughts:
WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA, BY THE TIME YOU RECIEVE THE ORDER IT HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY NO LESS THAN 3 PERSONS. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING WE WILL BE HAPPY TO BEGIN PROCEDINGS AGAINST THE SHIPPER ON YOUR BEHALF.

Should you refuse an order when it arrives at your door, you will be held financially responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. You will NOT receive a refund for the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your original receipt.

At no time are shipping fees refundable after the product has left the manufacturers warehouse. we will replace product that has a manufacturer defect or shipping error i.e they sent the wrong color/size. Replacement is restricted to same product or store credit should an appropriate replacement not be available.
