To avoid the need for a return or exchange, we suggest you view "Buying shoes online" for assistance if you are new to online shopping.

Exchanges & Returns :
Returns are permitted for manufacturer defect or shipping error only. Any item returned to us without prior notice will be refused without exception. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.

GOOD CONDITION: Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Any item which does not have a manufacturer defect or item not shipped as ordered i.e. wrong color or size. Return request that have been authorized under false pretenses either by error or design will result in a 20% restocking fee. Meaning, we receive the product and there is neither a manufacturer defect or shipping error you the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

How to Exchange an item:
Returns: We must be notified previous to you shipping a return, any returns received without prior notice will not be accepted, and returned to you. Returns are accepted for exchange only. Same style different size/color. We do not pay for the shipping to return the item nor to reship the replacement item if the problem is not a shipping error or manufacturers defect. Contact us via email or skype telephone number: sexyinlace ; let us know what is wrong with the order. A Return Label with a RA (Return Authorization) # or a UPS AR Label will be mailed to you. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Receiving a Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly issue your STORE CREDIT, or send you out a replacement item. NO CASH REFUNDS. Credit for the return shipping fees you pay is limited to the maximum shipping from the original order. For example: you paid $9.99 shipping on your original order, you return an item and pay $12.00 to return it to us. We will issue a credit for the original $9.99 only. Should you pay less to return ship it to us than your original order, we will credit that amount only.

CANCELLATION:
Upon receiving a cancellation of an order (should it NOT have been shipped), we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or wear. Sexy in Lace reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by Manufacturer. Upon approval you will receive a refund by mail or your exchange will be issued at that time.
