Exchanges & Returns : Sexy In Lace offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).
Terms and Conditions: 10 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 calendar days after the order has been received by you.
DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Sexy In Lace to process your refund.
GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Absolutely no returns on Karo products, with the exception of shipping error and manufacturers' defect. Due to the delicate nature of sequin merchandise no returns will be authorized with the exception of a processing error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, baby dolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned to Sexy In Leather and Lace they will be sent back to you at your expense.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase: Returns: We must be notified previous to you shipping a return, any returns received without prior notice will not be accepted, and returned to you. Receiving a Refund: Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

For security reasons, Please send the parcel back in the original Shipping box.
*Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return not associated with a manufacturers defect or shipping error. We will however issue you a store credit for your return shipping fee, if the fee is visible on the packaging i.e stamps etc, or by sending us the shipping receipt by fax or mail.
